Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AstroMasters Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first AstroMasters Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that purchase, for any reason. Contact us at the email below or request the refund through Paddle, and we will arrange it.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal is a new charge.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link in your account settings, which opens the secure portal operated by Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.

Renewals

After the initial 30-day window, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. As a courtesy, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep and you contact us promptly, we will review the request in good faith. In addition, Paddle may, at its discretion, grant a refund within 14 days of a charge (including within 14 days of a subscription renewal).

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Email us at bhuwanenoch@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference.
  • Use the receipt email from Paddle, which links to Paddle’s buyer portal where you can manage your purchase and contact support.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law. For example, consumers in the EU and UK may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; note that by starting to use digital content immediately you may agree to the supply beginning before that period ends.

How charges appear

Charges from AstroMasters typically appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* ASTROMASTER” or similar. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
